Vendors Information

Concession space for The 2012 San Diego Dancesport is limited. We urge all potential concessionaires to reserve space as soon as possible by sending in a non-refundable minimum vendor fee of $900. The organizer will decide individual locations. If you have any questions, please call Wayne Eng at 702-256-3830.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO:
Pay a minimum vendor fee of $800 or 10% of the gross revenues, whichever is greater.
Pay $100 toward the cost of a security guard for 2 nights (Friday & Saturday).
OPTIONAL ADVERTISING:
You may place a full-page advertisement in the souvenir program at the cost of $250.

HAIR, MAKEUP, MASSAGE ETC
All hair, makeup, massage, etc. providers will pay a $250 fee to attend the San Diego Dancesport Championships. The fee will include a complimentary full page black & white ad. The fee does not include admission to the ballroom. If you would like to purchase a vendor pass (no reserved seating) one will be available at a discounted rate of $75 for all 5 sessions. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
You must book your hotel room directly by calling (619) 239-2200. The San Diego Dancesport has blocked room space at a special discount price of $179 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy. You must mention the code "sandiegodancesportchampionships" to secure this special rate.
